Meet the Author

With honesty, humor and grace, Celeste writes to encourage across all areas of life and is a champion of women and girls. She is a working mom with five young adults ages 17 to 27 that call her mom or stepmom.
Celeste is author of two books, over 60 articles, a newspaper column, and various blogs. She is published as Celeste Palermo.

Celeste is committed to creating last impact— at work, at home and in the community. She has a career spanning corporate leadership, authorship, and advocacy.

Celeste worked for fifteen years at Newmont Corporation. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, uniting her passion for women and business. Celeste has also served as a mentor at the Denver Rescue Mission.

Along with her family, Celeste founded “Peyton’s Hope” a dedicated endowment at Children’s Hospital Colorado and has raised over $400k toward a treatment and cure for brain tumors.
